Hong Kong business hotel options

Compare the published business facilities

Eaton HK’s Eaton House lists coworking areas, conference rooms and a 50-seat theatre. Its conference rooms include Wi-Fi, presentation TVs and whiteboards. Compare it if you need a separate work or meeting venue near Jordan; coworking and event access may require separate terms or rental, so ask what hotel guests can book and at what cost.

Hyatt Regency Hong Kong, Tsim Sha Tsui lists 590 m² of meeting space, including a 335 m² ballroom for up to 400 guests and five salons. The hotel publishes direct access to two MTR stations and lists 381 guest rooms and suites with internet access. Compare its event space against your required room layout; confirm capacity for that layout, equipment, room category and current connectivity terms.

Cordis, Hong Kong lists 11 function rooms at 555 Shanghai Street in Mong Kok. Compare it if your event and meeting addresses fit the Mong Kok location; ask which room suits your group and confirm technical support, equipment, package terms and cancellation conditions.

Match the location to your workday

The three examples are in Jordan, Tsim Sha Tsui and Mong Kok. Choose by the address and schedule you need to serve, rather than a broad “business district” label. Eaton HK states that Jordan MTR Exit B2 is about a five-minute walk away; Hyatt Regency states that it has direct access to two MTR stations. For Cordis or another hotel, map the full route to your meeting address, including station exits, transfers and the walk. Use the official MTR system map as a starting point.

Check the guest-room setup separately

A meeting venue or coworking space does not establish that a guest room suits focused work. Ask about the specific room’s desk and chair, power outlets, internet access and terms, noise conditions, room-service hours and whether workspace access requires a separate pass. Confirm availability for your dates.

Request the complete meeting cost

For an event, send the attendee count, seating layout, equipment list, start and finish times, catering needs and setup window to the venue team. Ask for a written quote that identifies rental, service charges, taxes, deposits and cancellation deadlines. For the hotel stay, compare the same dates, guest count, room category, breakfast and refund terms.
