Family hotel options

Match the room to your family’s ages and sleeping setup

Eaton HK lists a 27 m² Family Room for up to four adults and one child. Hotel ICON publishes an 80 m² Club 80 Harbour Suite with a separate sitting room. The published descriptions differ, so confirm the exact occupancy, bed setup and whether the room is available for your family before booking.

For a trip centred on Ocean Park, Hong Kong Ocean Park Marriott Hotel describes itself as a kid-friendly hotel near the attraction. Check the chosen room’s occupancy and your route to the park for your dates.

YHA Mei Ho House lists family rooms as well as private rooms and dormitory beds. Its membership and booking conditions differ from a conventional hotel, so include those terms in the comparison.

Questions to answer before you book

Room names can conceal important differences. Confirm these points with the property or booking provider for the exact dates and guest details:

• Maximum occupancy, child age rules, bed types and whether extra beds or cots are allowed.
• Room size, adjoining or connecting-room availability, and whether the listed room has the view shown.
• Pool, kids’ facilities, dining options and any age or supervision rules that affect your plans.
• Total price, deposits, cancellation deadline and refund conditions.
• The route to the attractions you plan to visit and the return journey at the times you expect to travel.
